If you live in New York City, there has been a significant lack of something this winter. Snow. There has been no snowfall (at least none that made it to the ground) since Halloween. One day the weather is a little on the balmy side and the next you need to bundle yourself in two scarves, three hats, and at least six pairs of socks. Okay, that might be a little dramatic but you get the point. It’s cold. But with the shifting weather from freezing to moderate, it can be really hard to dress for the day.
I can remember once when I was in school trying to shove my winter coat into a trapper keeper so it would fit into my Jansport backpack. It was one of those times that I just had too much to carry home all at once but it had gotten warm out over the course of the day and I didn’t want to wear my coat. I wish I had a North Face Jester backpack back then! They have these handy dandy straps on the front that can hold things like sporting equipment, bulky projects, and yes, winter coats.
So don’t let the weather’s indecision bog you down with things to carry, grab one of these book bags for your kids!
